I have to say, I"ve definitely got that spring "bug" - by that I mean when the sun is out, the daffs are blooming and the days are getting longer. I"m full of the joys of spring! I"ll calm down now, sorry...
But seriously, I was at the Midland Woodworking Show on Friday, 27 March and it was good to bump into many familiar faces and meet some new ones. It all seemed to go rather well and it was a fine day on the Friday to boot.
This coming Friday and Saturday, 10-11 April, I"m going to be manning the GMC magazine stand, no doubt right next to the GMC books stand at Yandles Spring Show, Martock, Somerset. So come along, say hello and have a chat.
In the meantime, while I get everything ready for that trip with a car full of magazines and subscription goodies, I shall also be making a chair - normally a big undertaking but this is 1/12th scale for our Dollhouse magazine, so it shouldn"t be too onerous...
Easter was busy at home, of course, like many people over the spring break. I"ve made a very positive start clearing up the workshop and sorting it out. It looks better already.
Enough for now, hopefully see you this weekend?
Until next time,
