It is always busy here, but it is busier than usual due to my having being away for two weeks on holiday. Also, very soon I am due to whizz off to The AAW Symposium in Tampa, Florida in a couple of weeks. Hectic, but fun is the phrase to use, I think.

The GMC workshop is being totally reworked into clearly defined zones in readiness for not only a new look but other projects about to be undertaken, and it is quite fun having a radical clean out and restart with something. It is surprising what you find and wondered where it had gone. Sometimes something is right under your nose and you still can"t find it. I will show you what we have done in due course, but I have to say there are many things in the planning stages, but telling you what we are up to would be a spoiler… you will just have to wait and see.

I am not planning much this weekend, although my children have promised to take me out Saturday night because they are both working on Sunday, so as a result of this, Father’s day this year will be celebrated on a Saturday night. Just as well to be honest. Sunday’s weather forecast look like it is going to be wet, wet, wet!

No workshop time for me this weekend, but since I am working on a new book I am getting plenty of that by default lately. That reminds me, I have to sort out some more timber.

I will catch up with you all soon.

Have fun,

Mark
