November is always a busy month. There is more travelling about and shows and such like and people are busy making things for Christmas. Some of you have started sending me photos of what you have been making and please do keep them coming. It is also bonfire night on Saturday and I’m looking forwards to the spectacle of some organised displays. I have always been fascinated with the colours and the visual feast, and from childhood I thought they had the wow factor. I do accept they are not to everyone’s liking, but I think once a year is OK.
Don’t forget the North of England Woodworking show at Harrogate is on in a couple of weeks’ time (18-20 November).
I will be there turning there and having lots of fun sharing ideas, so do come and say hello.
I am off now to go and finish off some articles so will catch up with you all soon.
Just a reminder, there have been lots of queries and questions about whether our woodworking magazines are available online. They are, and versions can be obtained for computer use or apps for use with smart phones, iPads and tablets. Visit the Pocket Mags website for more information.
