A very productive week
Thursday, May 20, 2010
Well, it has been a busy week here in the Woodturning office, but it has also been a very productive one. We are currently working on a number of new designs for the next issue – 216 – and I have to say that I am really impressed with what we have achieved. I hope you all like the designs as well.
Mark is out of the office today and has just returned from a dental appointment. He did sound a little numb when he spoke to me, and was tentatively drinking a cup of coffee. Hopefully he will be back to his old self by next week.
So, we are just finishing issue 216 – our repro deadline is next Wednesday – but I am also in the process of subbing some articles for issues 217. There is certainly a wide range of different articles for you, as well as a new series from Mick O’Donnell – so look out for that.
We will also be launching our new page turner on the Woodworkers Institute soon, so be sure to look out for that. This month we will be focussing on useful items you can make for the workshop.
I hope you all have a great weekend, enjoy the weather and use it as an excuse to dust off those turning tools!
All the best,
