The Wizardry in Wood Exhibition returns to Carpenters' Hall in the City of London from 17-20 October, 2012. Exhibitors at Wizardry in Wood 2012 will include over 20 of the UK's most skilled and creative woodturners showing the finest of contemporary work, and many of the pieces will be available for sale.
The Exhibition features important historical collections to show how the craft of woodturning has evolved during the 800-year existence of the Worshipful Company of Turners.
Particularly noteworthy are the display of turned artefacts from the Mary Rose Trust, the amazingly ornate 19th century demonstration pieces from the Holtzapffel collection of the London Science Museum and samples of the artistic work by the late Theo Faberge.
