I had surgery on my shoulder back in April and after six weeks in a sling and a further six weeks rehab, I'm now back on 'light duties'. A friend of a friend contacted me and asked if I'd make him a chess board to go with some pieces he'd picked up on his travels, so I've been working on that lately. Still some way to go but I'm pleased with it so far. The inlay is epoxy resin with metallic copper pigment, which should show up nicely once there's a good finish on it.
